- Maximum age of 35 years
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree preferably engineering or chemical engineering.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experiences as Sales for tender in SKK Migas or PLTU
- Understand the aanwijzing process.
- Understand the project administration preparation process.
- Understand and have knowledge of LPSE, e-CATALOGUE, CIVD SKK Migas, SMART GEP, etc
- Understand and have knowledge of tender and procurement processes in the government sector.
- Must have a good network with related institutions.
- Multitasking skill
- Good reporting and on time
- Good personality and attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must have systematic work behavior and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
